ZOrbit __ Acquiring orbit

ZOrbit

Coins backed by defense and space.

▶ Launch with ZEC

A ZOrbit coin is a bonding curve whose quote asset is a tokenized defense or space stock — Lockheed, Boeing, Red Cat, USA Rare Earth, SpaceX, Firefly — or a basket unit minted 1:1 against a fixed mix of up to six of them. Every buy puts that collateral into the curve. Every sell takes it out.

Pay in Zcash. No wallet to connect. Name the coin, choose the collateral, send ZEC to the address shown, and it launches by itself, usually within about 15 minutes of the payment confirming. If the payment is short or never arrives, the ZEC goes back to the refund address you gave.

How it works

Four steps. One ZEC payment starts it.

01

Pick the collateral

One listed stock, or a basket of two to six at fixed weights. Presets: Primes (LMT 50 / BA 50) and New space (RCAT, USAR, SPCX, FLY, equal). Baskets are ERC-20 units minted 1:1 against their components.

02

Send ZEC

Name the coin and send ZEC to the one address shown, for the one amount shown. The curve launches by itself with your collateral as its quote asset, usually within about 15 minutes of the payment confirming. Singles on LMT, BA, SPCX or RCAT launch on PONS v2; baskets, and singles on USAR or FLY, on ZOrbit's own curve contract. Short or missing payment: the ZEC returns to your refund address.

03

Trade against collateral

Buys deposit collateral into the curve; sells withdraw it. Basket-backed coins mint units from the components and buy in one transaction, and burn them back on sell. The founder earns a 2% creator fee on every trade.

04

Graduate or redeem

Single coins on approved tokens (today LMT, BA, SPCX, RCAT) graduate to a Uniswap pool at the threshold. Basket coins and other singles trade on their curve for good; hitting the raise target there makes the founder's accrued 2% claimable. Basket units redeem 1:1 any time. A raise is not a promise.

Questions

Q01

What backs a coin?

Its curve's quote asset: one tokenized defense stock from the list, or a basket unit minted 1:1 against a fixed mix of them. The collateral sits in the curve contract. Not with us.

Q02

What is a basket unit?

An ERC-20 from the ZOrbit basket factory. One unit is defined at creation as roughly one dollar of components at fixed weights. Mint by depositing the components; burn to take them back, 1:1, any time. Weights never rebalance.

Q03

Which stocks?

Lockheed (LMT), Boeing (BA), Red Cat (RCAT), USA Rare Earth (USAR), SpaceX (SPCX) and Firefly Aerospace (FLY), as tokenized stock. Custom baskets take any two to six of them.

Q04

What are the fees?

Launch: one ZEC payment. The launch page shows the address and the amount before you send anything. Trades: a 2% creator fee for the founder. On basket coins it accrues in the curve and becomes claimable once the raise target is hit. Traders pay network gas on their own trades.

Q05

Who holds the money?

The curve contract holds the collateral. Buyers and sellers sign their own trades with their own wallets, straight against the curve. A founder's ZEC pays for the launch; a short or missing payment is returned to the refund address they gave. ZOrbit cannot pause a curve or change its terms.

Q06

What is graduation?

Two cases. A single-stock coin on a PONS-approved token (today LMT, BA, SPCX and RCAT; checked live at launch) migrates to a Uniswap pool when its curve hits the threshold. A basket coin, or a single on any other listed token, trades on its curve for good: there, graduation means the raise target was hit and the founder's accrued 2% becomes claimable. Nothing migrates.

Q07

Is this insured, audited or endorsed?

No. Not insured, not guaranteed, no partners, no stated volumes or users. Tokenized stock prices move and so does the value of the collateral. Read the contracts before you sign.

Q08

Why defense and space?

Because these are the listed tokens this pad accepts as collateral. That is the whole thesis. Nothing else is implied.
